Shipping
Due to the postal system, we are not responsible for your order once it leaves our store. We will ship all orders on Friday or Saturday after we receive payment. We ship via USPS and ship flat rate priority mail. We will do our best to accommodate orders that need to be received more quickly. Just send us an email and we will let you know what your options are.
I will ship directly to the shipping address listed at checkout (unless otherwise notified) via USPS. I will provide a Delivery Confirmation number to the email address listed and insurance is always included.
If you made a rather large order with multiple items, timeline maybe a few days/weeks longer. Since items are made to order, they may need time to sit and cure. “Scheduled to Ship By” date on your invoice is just an estimate and I reserve the right to extend this timeline as needed. For large orders and special requests- please message me.
Return & Exchanges
All items in my store are custom made just for you. If you are unhappy with anything, message me and let’s do our best to come to a resolution. If you wish to return an item, you will pay any shipping fees that are incurred. I will not accept used items. If you would like a refund for returned items, your full refund will be given upon receipt of the item and I will message you to let you know it’s condition upon arrival. The refund will be issued at that time if there are no problems with the product.

DAMAGED ITEM
If an item arrives and is damaged, message me within 3 days of delivery. After this timeline, I will no longer send replacements or issue refunds. This service is a courtesy and will be considered on a case by case basis. Please message me with any issues before leaving negative feedback to afford me the opportunity to make things right.
